• The TWRR expands the DWR into three stations and raises the structural beams of each frame to obtain 8 pull-up stations (5 muscle-up stations) and 3 squat stations by extending the boom, as well as 6 ring stations.
• Installation options are available with BB-rated multi-layer birch boards, on some wall materials, such as drywall or hollow bricks, direct use of expansion screws may not be sufficiently strong. Timber blocks can provide a larger fixed area and improve overall stability.
